The mouse has quite a few buttons by itself, but I decided to keep it mainly for camera control, and had mostly the longer cooldowns and other less frequent actions there (display map, mount up, Divine Steed), with the exception of my main finisher (Templar's Verdict for Retri paladin.) Still needed to do those world quests, so I made use of the SC together with a SteelSeries Rival 500 mouse. I managed to break my WASD wrist from button smashing. Having to use the face buttons with activators for the main spells, The need to use extra action sets to control the gyro, Grips to switch between action settings and an extra activator for TAB and recenter mouse. Right trigger and shoulder as Left and right mouse buttons Left shoulder and trigger for Shift and Ctrl, Regular, Regular + Mouse, Heal, Heal + Mouseįace buttons with double click trigger for spells, Being that two of them are mirrors of others but with free gyro.
To achieve this goal my configuration has four action sets. I understand an optimal setting should allow you to use actions like hotkeys and mouse movements while moving the character (not to mention the need to rotate quickly) Folks, I'm redoing my Steam Controller setup for World of Warcraft and would like to hear about the people who use it if they are interested in sharing and discussing their settings.
